My name is C. H. Loh, and for the past decade, I have dedicated my career to shaping Malaysia’s science, technology, and innovation ecosystem through my work as an analyst with a government think tank.<\/p>\n

This website serves as a reflection of my journey and an acknowledgment of the challenges I faced in implementing the solutions I envisioned. Despite my best efforts, I have failed because of:<\/p>\n

  1. A lack of authority or influence,<\/li>\n
  2. Insufficient resources for execution,<\/li>\n
  3. The slow grind of red tape and bureaucracy,<\/li>\n
  4. Or perhaps all of the above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Although I may not have succeeded in bringing these solutions to life during my lifetime, the weight of carrying them in my mind grows heavier with each passing day. I hope to pass them on as a legacy, inspiring future changemakers to bring them to fruition.<\/p>\n

    These strategies and tactics are the product of years of thought and effort\u2014designed to save you the time of reimagining them from scratch.<\/p>\n
